My background includes servicing computers as a technician, teaching computing concepts as an adjunct instructor, troubleshooting people’s technical problems as a help desk specialist, training people on the associated risks of our digital world, and much more.
For the last eleven years, my focus has been in the information security/cybersecurity space. Just like in the real world, you have tricksters on the Internet too. These different aspects equip me with the knowledge and skills to help anyone at any stage of their technology journey.
